The problem

Seasonal pre-orders for dahlia tubers and heirloom mums were being juggled across spreadsheets, DMs, and paper notes. Every order needed a designer, a production sheet, and a delivery status — and nothing was staying in sync.

What we built

• A branded storefront with filterable collections, variants, and pre-order windows.
• Automated abandoned-cart recovery, tax handling, promo codes, and a subscriber list.
• A custom admin with a drag-and-drop production queue — Designing → In Production → Ready → Out for Delivery → Completed.
• Printable production sheets generated per order so the design bench always knows what to make next.
• A wedding-inquiry pipeline that captures event leads and routes them into the same system.

The result

Every order flows straight from checkout onto the production board. Status changes automatically notify the customer, and the owner spends their day designing arrangements instead of chasing paperwork.
