Clockwrk is a founder-led business based in Coquitlam, BC, serving Metro Vancouver. When you submit an assessment or enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address and phone number. We also collect any business details you choose to provide, such as your website, industry, team size, workflow challenges, current tools and contact preferences. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information about your customers.
How we use and share information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange an assessment and discuss services you request. Submitting the form allows us to contact you about that enquiry; it is not consent to unrelated marketing. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers that help operate our website and manage enquiries may process information on our behalf. Information may be processed outside Canada and subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We may disclose information when required by law.
Safeguards and retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, provide agreed services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
